INFORMATION
Thanks to its central location in the heart of Merano’s old town, in a historic arcade building in the city center, Rössl Bianco is the ideal starting point to explore Merano comfortably on foot. Attractions, restaurants, cafés, shops, the Terme Merano, and the popular promenades can all be reached within just a few minutes. Our spacious, stylishly renovated rooms and suites combine the charm of times gone by with modern comfort, creating a unique atmosphere for an unforgettable stay.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the latest. We kindly ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time shortly before your arrival. For convenient unloading, you may stop briefly at the beginning of the arcade street (GPS: Rennweg 58). The reception is located just a few meters further on the right-hand side at house number 357. An elevator is also available if needed.
Children of all ages are warmly welcome. Children aged 16 and over are considered adults. For the little ones, we are happy to provide free baby cots for ages 0–2 upon request. Extra beds are also available on request: for children aged 3–10 at €15.00 per night, and for ages 11–16 at €30.00 per night. Baby cots and extra beds are subject to the selected room category and availability and are charged separately on site.
Pets are welcome.
For your vehicle, we recommend the public covered and monitored parking garage “City Vinothek (Algund Winery)”, from where Rössl Bianco can be reached in less than five minutes on foot. Our guests benefit from a reduced daily rate of €18.00.
Several EV charging stations are also available nearby, including at Thermenplatz and Otto-Huber-Straße.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. All information regarding the deposit amount and payment details will be conveniently sent to you with your booking confirmation by email.
On site, we also accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi, and cash payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation of your stay is possible up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For later changes, short-notice cancellations, or no-shows, the cancellation conditions agreed upon at the time of booking apply. Since unforeseen events such as illness, travel issues, or family reasons can occur at any time, we recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance or booking protection.
