your master data (first name, last name, address, telephone, email, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
your travel document and ID data
your payment data, debit cards, credit cards, and bank card details
the duration of stay requested by you, as well as personal preferences related to your stay that you communicate to us

The data is stored and processed by us for the provision of our services and, where necessary and legally required, transmitted to third-party recipients (e.g. public authorities, tourism association). Your data will not be transferred to third countries.

Should you refuse to provide master data, travel document data, and bank details, it will not be possible for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and accommodate you in our establishment.

We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

“Hoila” AI chat

The digital concierge “Hoila” is available on this website. When you use the chat, we process the messages you enter, the previous chat history required for conversational context, the responses generated by the AI system, a randomly generated conversation identifier, the selected language, and creation and modification timestamps.

We process this information to answer your request, provide conversational context, investigate misuse or technical errors, and review the quality of our digital guest service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the efficient handling of guest enquiries, service security, and limited quality review. You may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

To generate a response, your message and the required conversation context are transmitted through a server-side interface to OpenAI. The contracting entity for users in the European Economic Area is OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. OpenAI processes the transmitted data as a processor under a data processing agreement. Data may also be processed by subprocessors outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. The data processing agreement provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The conversations are also stored in our WordPress system. Access is limited to authorised administrators where necessary for the purposes stated above. The data is automatically deleted 30 days after the last message; earlier manual deletion is also possible. Legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require a different retention period in individual cases.

Use of the chat is voluntary. Please do not enter special categories of personal data, payment details, identity document numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
