In our bistro, we serve dishes from Italian and Tyrolean cuisine. We place great emphasis on high-quality and regional products, welcoming our guests with warm hospitality.
In a unique atmosphere
At lunchtime, we offer changing daily specials and menus, while in the evening, we serve refined dishes prepared with fresh, local products from the Merano area. A good glass of wine from our cellar, which houses numerous fine wines, is not to be missed. We offer a constantly changing selection and special promotions for our guests.

Every day from 8:00 to 10:00, we offer a rich breakfast buffet for our hotel guests as well as external guests (by reservation only, €24.00 per person).

Our diverse selection includes juices, coffee, teas, fresh bread rolls, pastries, and crispy croissants, butter and jams, honey, fresh fruit, yogurt, and muesli, as well as hearty cold cuts, ham, and cheese, warm and cold dishes.
